Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of WAMOCON GmbH, Mergenthalerallee 79–81, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, apply to all contracts for the use of the SaaS platform KI-Prüfungstrainer.

The platform is designed for learners, apprentices, and students. It is a B2C offering with an optional Pro subscription.

The contract is formed upon completion of registration and acceptance of these Terms. By registering, the user confirms that they have read and understood the Terms.

The provider offers an AI-powered exam preparation platform as SaaS. Users can upload their own study materials, from which exam questions are generated using RAG technology.

The service is offered in two plans:

• Free plan: 2 document uploads and 20 questions per day, at no cost.
• Pro plan: €9.90/month — unlimited documents, questions, all question types, and analytics.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR. Uploaded PDFs are deleted after processing — only structured knowledge indexes are retained.

The provider is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

The contract may be terminated with one month notice to the end of the month. The Free plan may be terminated at any time without notice.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Eschborn.
